Having an expert guide you, will fast-track your skills that would otherwise take years to master. There are many levels of Djing ability. However we can guarantee that you will be able to mix smoothly, be confident enough to play solo at home and have the tools to play a small house party. This is a guide only, and we can customise beginner sessions to meet a specific goal!

You will have the ability to mix between genres, use loops/FX, read the crowd and be confident enough to play a house party or first gig. This is a guide only and we can customise intermediate sessions to be as advanced as possible!

All our students have access to 'club-standard' equipment including CDJ 3000's, CDJ 2000 Nexus and an XDJ RZ all-in-one controller. By using the best possible equipment we ensure that you are ready for any scenario. Students can bring their own equipment if needed and we also have decks available for hire including all in one controllers.

We aim to host a workshop every 6-8 weeks across our three locations. These are free to attend and is a great way to get started. Follow our social media channels or register your interest for future workshops by DMing us 'Workshop'.

Yes our course teacher holds a valid Blue-Card and Disability Screening-Card. These cards can be provided on request.

You can request an exact time and location that suits you through the website or selecting your desired lesson/package. We will arrange a free consultation call to see where you are on your DJ journey and will customise a lesson plan to suit you. Once the lesson is complete, you will be part of the Front Left DJ community, have direct access to our course teacher who can answer question and will be there to provide support before a gig or for general advice!

All students will automatically receive 10% off their first booking *excluding group courses. When packaging lessons together we will automatically apply a 10% discount across all DJ lessons. For discount code support or queries please reach out using our contact page or chat function!

If you have paid an upfront deposit final payment will be due up to five days prior to the lesson date.

Yes we do! You can either discuss a payment plan that works for you. Or pay in 4 using Paypal *Subject to their approval. Packaging sessions together will also mean you receive 10% across all bookings.

Absolutely. Often students may divide their 3 hour lessons into smaller blocks. Or combine with other lessons to get a discount. Get in touch to find out more!

Brisbane DJ Lessons are held at Little Street Studio in Fortitude Valley. Sunshine Coast DJ Lessons are held at Soundbox Studios in Nambour. Gold Coast DJ Lessons are held at BJ's Sound & Lighting in Ashmore. Online DJ Lessons can be hosted via Zoom.

Lessons are fully refundable up to 48 hours prior to the designated lesson time. If you have to cancel for any reason prior to 48 hours then we will issue a full refund. If cancellation is within a 48 hour period, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount. The remaining funds can be refunded or kept in credit for use at a later date.
